Form:
The normal estructure for present perfect is:
Subject+Have/Has+Participle- irregular verbs
ed -regular verbs
Use:
We use the present perfect for actions in present but with connection whit te past.
Every verb in present perfect started in the past and finhis in the present.

The present perfect is the only that use:

STILL: He hasn't jumped still (still- todabia)
his position es irregular.
To:positive
interrogative
negative.
ALREADY: Wehave already gone (already-ya)
his position bet ween out and participle verb
To:positive.
Yet: She has'nt written the story yet (yet-aun)
his position is at the end
To: interrogative
